Mubarak Comments on Haifa’s Marriage Indirectly !!??

Mubarak asked the Egyptian businessmen to stop bragging with their fortune in time of economic crisis in his last labour day speech on Thursday.

Observers believed that he was commenting on Haifa-Abu Hashima 9 million dollars wedding !!! Wow it seems that he follows the media , well part of it actually !! I wish he follows the rest of the media. He seems to be so selective !!

If the President believes that it is inappropriate for the Egyptian businessmen to brag with their big fortunes why he does not start with Nazif’s cabinet businessmen club !!

I knew last week that there was a certain local wedding of a minister’s offspring in Nazif’s cabinet from the cousin ministers club and that this local wedding exceeded L.E 10 million. Of course you may not heard about this wedding any sooner , may be in the life style magazine next month.

Yes it is their money they can do what ever they want to do with but it is so provoking in time of economic crisis where some people live in tin houses for God sake !!

  2. @anonymous to be honest those the wedding ministers are the business ministers who are already filthy rich ,yet in general the minister in Egypt can earn very big salary , it is enough that the prime minister have palaces every where

  3. Really!! Can you name one place where the PM has a "palace"??
While you're at it can you also compare salary of a minister to that of any small/middle manager in any of the companies their ministries supposedly regulate and control??
Please stop spreading rumours and fictions as if they were absolute facts, without even bothering to check them!
